Lol they gave me a script for some diazepam today to chill me out before the procedure. I'll have it but don't really need it. They are going to locally numb the fark or of everything first so it's not like I'll feel much anyway. Perhaps I should see my gp before the procedure and stock up on painkillers for after.

The more you put it off the worse it gets aye. I have 3 small cavities up the back that I'll be getting done a week later. All up it's only costing me about $650.

Unless you love swimming don't get one. There are cheaper ways of staying cool.

Wmmfg (sorta) I went to the dentist today for a checkup. Just ended up with a bit of a clean but the best part is I'll be getting all 4 wisdom teeth out next week. One has grown sideways and I can tell you I'm sick to death of it becoming inflamed and hurting like a bitch.

When I choose a guitar I make sure that the harmonics line up with the fretted notes when tuning the guitar. I also play some chords up the neck to see if they are still in tune an octave higher. I like fairly low action myself but if you're going to be thrashing it then you may want it a bit higher. If all this is good, the neck is straight and it's not cracked in the body then that's usually good enough for me. Obviously you want to hear how it sounds and have a bit of a play but that's about it for me. Head down to your local music centre and have a go on a few guitars. You'll find one you like.

Yeah you're right mate it's an s series. Mine looks the same as yours but doesn't have the middle pickup and is broken in half obviously. I had a Samick Les Paul years ago and that was great. I honestly don't know a hell of a lot about which guitar to play, I just played them.

I'm looking at a 900hp compressor, give or take, so if there isn't at least one mate I'll be quite annoyed.

Lol I'm on night time dad duty. The baby has decided that it's not bed time and that if mum holds her she's going to scream her arse out. She's quiet with me so I'll stay up for a few more hours until it's either feeding time or bed time.

Keith you aren't over weight and from what I can tell you aren't training to be a bodybuilder or a power lifter. You don't need to change a thing mate. It's only if you wanted to gain another 10 to 15 kg of muscle that you would need to count calories and adjust your macros to make optimal gains.

Yes I grew up with 50's 60's and 70's in my surroundings. The rest happened as I grew up. My parents were dicks and don't deserve a mention, enter rant..... I listened to cream and hendrix among others in that era as a pre teen. My 2 year old daughter specifically requested this song today

Yes they were rab. I had a twin tape player and made all kindz of mix tapes. I'd wait for the perfect radio break to hit the pause button. Btw I'm 36 but grew up in a different era.
