Tonight for the first time in my life I had what I think is an occular migraine. No pain but crazy vision disturbance in my right eye. It went away after about 20 minutes.

I've been awake all night. The first half was with the baby and then I stayed up to feed and entertain the other kids when they woke up this morning. I did a bunch of housework as well so the wife could have a sleep in and have an easy day today. I'm stuffed so I'll see you all in 4 to 8 hours.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a look at the dipstick for water and the coolant for oil for a while to make sure that the head hasn't warped.

Last I checked if you own a dyno shop or the like then you can license the software. You will have to take it to a tuner for a custom tune mate. Imo sell it on and buy hptuners or similar if you want to tune it yourself. @rollex is designing some custom software currently that just needs a interface cable. His software is free at this stage.

I was thinking of buying the entire arms from superpro. They're about $350 delivered. I'll check the plugs first and see what they look like. Iirc I set the gaps to 0.73 mm (?) last time so I can bring them a bit closer without running into issues. I've got a few little things to fix up and some bigger mods planned but I'm also right near the end of clearing some debt so I really don't want to spend anything if I can help it.

Can Adelaide blokes chuck their kids out the window too? Mine have been quite obnoxious lately and it vexes me deeply.

Update. I had another look for the clunking noise. It happens when I go from drive to reverse or when accelerating and decelerating in 1st and 2nd. I had it up on the stands again and it appears to be coming from above the diff housing. I can't see sweet fa up there even with a camera. The new diff bushes are fine though and everything is done up tight. The control blade bushes are totally farked so I'll swap them out and see if the clunk persists. Obviously the clunk isn't coming from them but they are allowing a couple of inches of play. If it does persist I'll drop the subframe again and replace everything in it. I tweaked the tune slightly and had a positive result. I've recently just started to pick up a misfire after extended load so I'll be looking at the plugs and coil packs and checking they're all good as well. Fun, fun.

You could always add in some torque reduction so the trans is engaged in the next gear fully, before letting the power back in.

Back from the dentist and my farken nose is numb from the gum injections.

I first thought it was the sharp corner of my tooth and that I would need to get it operated on again. I scratched it out a couple of nights ago and now I'm pain free, finally. My jaw ligaments are still a bit tight and I can't open my mouth properly yet without soreness. I also have a massive lump on one side which I think would be impacted bone due to the sideways tooth. The tooth was severely impacted apparently. I swear the guy must have been putting 20 to 30 kg of downwards force on my unsupported jaw for many a tick'o'the clock. Now I know why people don't want to go to the dentist.

I'm getting more dental work tomorrow. This time it's just some fillings thank fark. Since last time, I've had a piece of bone come out of my tooth hole. I've just had another small piece of bone that was lodged in there come out through my gum only 2 days ago that had just finished traveling through the gum for the last month. So much pain... I spose 4 wisdom teeth and 3 fillings in nearly 37 years ain't too bad.
