This was a similar marinade to the slow cooked lamb I did on the barby the other month. I haven't used this recipe before and I just did them on the preheated barby grill for 12- 15 minutes. I went off lamb a couple of years ago cos it was getting stuck in my teeth all the time but I'm pretty much converted now.
