  19. The gtw3884r comes in 62, 64 and 67mm. It might be a spinoff from that.

  21. Gen 2 is 66mm. I think the gen 1 is 62.3mm 62.5mm. Edit: Looked it up and corrected it.
  22. That or a genuine gtx wheel. All of which are better suited to a .7 compressor housing..
  23. You will see the silicone deform slightly as the clamp tightens. Also a stuffed clamp will often have the gear drive click or bend sideways as it is tightened. I haven't tried it myself but I have heard of hairspray being used as a glue to help it stay together and seal up. You should be able to narrow it down pretty quickly on a dyno though.
  24. You can hear a leaking flange noise when the turbo loosens up enough from the manifold. I would check it but I don't think that is the issue. It sounds like a loose clamp on the cooler piping. Sometimes when clamps are flogged out they will feel like they are tight but they will still be loose cos they're bent internally. The air leaking past a clamp makes a squealing noise sometimes. Just something to check anyway.
