  1. True dat. My poor horse float bottomed out in the front a few times on our hills drive.
  2. Light on the pocket, my favorite.
  3. If by gym you mean heavy beers then yes, I agree.
  4. Nope. Manuals can go jump in a volcano. As for service life, when you start flogging the crap out of your machinery it doesn't generally last long. The ford zf boxes were never designed to be pushed as hard as they are. In all seriousness I don't really give a fark what people prefer. You blokes like manuals and I like autos. Now where's the beers bro?
  5. The zf uses electronic solenoids to select each gear. You could have a momentary button to select 'neutral'.
  6. No. Auto is better at everything when built and tuned right. Manual is for push starting.
  7. Yeah mines starting to slip in various places. I reckon I gave the valve body a bit too much pressure and farked some seals and maybe a solenoid or two is on the way out. The trans has been flogged it's entire life, it was a nsw police car from new.
  8. I'll sort it out. It'll be fun in a not so fun sort of way.
  9. It shifts fast enough in the trans and the 1-2 shift will spin the tyres but the signal from the shift stick to the trans is slower.
  10. Only when I'm driving around. I let it spool, cool and stabilize the iat when tuning. Remember when I gave it some stick and hit the limiter? Today was like that. I had to hit the shifter at around 4k rpm to get it to change into second at 6 k.
  11. Reasonably hot for you Mexicans ain't got nothing on a hot day at my house. My car shows a big difference between 20 and 40 degrees ambient.
  12. First pic. Everyone is waiting for me. 4 kids will do that to you. Next time I'll leave them at home.
  13. Just went for a drive to get petrol. The car was loving the nice cold air today
  14. Hey I'm checking out the ignition system of the 23 studebaker. I also got fat and bloated from drinking too much beer and now I know how bald I look. I'm glad we had someone keen to take pictures and video. You did an awesome job Gary.
  15. Haha fark ya. I still have milk in it you savage.
  16. So nutrigrain and coils it is. Farken done and done. Might fix my wagon too.
  17. Haha I had chicken kiev for dinner. I'm pretty sure there was cheese in that. Now stfu, eat your cereal and fix your car.
  18. Have a bowl of nutrigrain and get back to the drawing board.
  19. Part of the sauce description, " 1 drop burns your tongue – 1 spoon will whack your head off. Dare you? ". I'll suffer it out but I don't think I'll be taking a tablespoon to start with. I'll start with a generous drop
  20. I've had a good long look through the website and I'm stoked! It has hot, flavoursome, handmade chilli products that won't break the bank. I'll definitely be picking up some of their chocolate and lolly range as well as a few more sauces and the hotter jam. The missus said she is going to slowly get into eating chilli with me by starting with the milder version of the jam. Even the boys say they're game to try a lick of the lollies and after winter I'll try my hand at growing some chilli bushes. Here's my little order. Apparently that sauce is very hot so it'll be interesting to see what it's like.
  21. I reckon he'll be a while yet. He'd probably have close to 200GB of data to edit.
