  1. Oil leaks can be fixed. Find the leak. Fix the leak. Hope this helps.
  2. It was a tasty one, for sure
  3. Another pic
  4. Roast veg and this for dinner tonight
  5. Yeah I'll take a photo or 2
  6. Yes the wifi is decent, 100/20 for the most part. Dyno is going in the shed, the shed will be getting a bit of an upgrade over the coming weeks to accommodate it. Will need a lot of sound suppression lol
  7. Yeah I use frig all
  8. 20GB data, unlimited calls and text, $16 per month. Pretty happy with that
  9. Yeah man a new one is 77k, I got this for half of that. A similar one just sold for 50k so I'm pretty happy with it.
  10. Here's a quick pic, I'll upload more when it's set up
  11. Hell yeah, my man! Lots of practice is all I can say
  12. Hey guys, I've bought a dyno and this is a quick post to get the thread started. First up the title can be changed, I'm not sure how to pick a winner, but lets come up with some titles and one will be chosen. Next up, I'll do a proper write up with pictures etc when I get around to it, mebbe an admin type person can update this post when I get it ready. So yerp that's about it for now, should be some fun times ahead
  13. While I had the music cranked, I was using my pa thingo and was singing some israels son by silverchair, he arrived out the front and started unloading the groceries. I went out to get the groceries and in conversation he said my singing was good and said he used to play that song in a band that he plays drums for. Feels good man
  14. The Coles man told me he reckoned my singing sounded pretty good, cheers man
  15. @biddie_fiddler will probably know the answer to this, if he's not too busy building houses or making babies
  16. Afaik the FG utilises a different torque reduction strategy for upshifts. There are details on the PCMTec forum. What is more likely happening in your case is is actually hitting the limiter, as well as displaying the shift characteristics. When you raise the power level, a usual side effect is the transmission isn't able to make the shift before hitting the limiter. You can tune the trans to tighten it right up and shift properly, while a better solution is to raise the rev limiter by 200rpm so it doesn't actually tag it. Do not hit the limiter with stock oil pump gears, you're better off raising it high enough so you don't touch it.
  17. House is better than a rental, no need to ask permission to install the sex swing
  18. Yeah probably hey, nothing is cheap anymore
  19. Yeah man, it's also upgradable to awd if I ever feel the need to spend another house deposit or 3 again.
  20. I have a spare transfer case that I will lock for that stuff. It only takes 45 minutes to swap it over and remove the front drive shaft.
  21. Yep I'll pick it up on Saturday more than likely. I have the electrician coming out next week to install a 3 phase plug for it. From there I'll just need to set it up, it is a Mainline 2WD600P, so it is reasonably easy to install. There's still some time to pass before it's up and running, but I've paid for it and it's mine so that part is done at least.
  22. Yes we can do that
  23. Nah I'll do a dedicated thread, plenty of pics, should be a fun time.
  24. I already have one lined up and I won't have to turn people away now when they hit me up
  25. Yes the previous experience and tools are the key. Without those, things take much longer. Yeah a huge shed would be nice, perhaps this dyno can help me save up for one
