In other news, the power has been out since 12am this morning, lucky I bought a generator a while back and I now have internet, computer, fridge/freezers, coffee, and plugged in the clothes washer and dryer just cos I can.

It's a good idea man, you just gotta watch for stuff so you get the good stuff that is cheap. I paid $300 for a squat rack, a bench and nearly 300kg of weight that was nearly all new, the dude bought it all then decided he didn't want it. Yeah it was over 10 years ago but still a good deal even by that time period.

Eh I hit all my numbers etc and I'm literally working out in my back yard, so it's not like I'm sharing it with anyone. Feeling better now and I don't have another workout until Thursday, so I'll sit here and rest all day.

All the engine parts are here, just gotta be farked getting it done. I pulled the hotside and intake off yesterday, then had a beer and couldn't be farked doing any more. I also ordered a 5 bar tmap and hopefully that will keep my boost needs covered for a while. I always tell the missus, yeah this will be enough I won't need a bigger one, then nek minute I need a bigger one. I doubt I'll be maxing out a 5 bar tmap any time soon.

I've just finished legs and am now starting upper body. Last workout for the week then 2 days off.

I'm doing full body 4 days per week, I probably should have done 3 but eh, I'm doing 4 lol Base stuff on recovery ability, smaller muscles recover quicker so chuck in an extra day or two of arms and shoulders for example.
