I have had trouble with my DiFillipo mufflers and cat. I will post some pictures up when I get on my home PC tonight. I have been running a 3.5" DiFillipo exhaust for over three years now. The mufflers are 304 grade stainless but the piping is 409 grade stainless. The dump comes HPC coated but the cat doesnt. I found the "high flow" DiFillipo cat too restricted so I got rid of it. Simon from Xtreme Ford Tuning flow benched alot of cats awhile back and found the DiFillipo cat to flow not much better than a stock T cat. I hope this helps out. Feel free to ask more questions. I do like the sound of the exhaust though.

If you dontwant to replace your cooler why dont you fit water/meth injection as well as the mods you listed.

Rims on the front look good. What size are you going to get and how much will thye set you back?

upgrade to a better cooler and just worry about replacing your standard cat with a high flow aftermarket one.

Im sure I read in the latest Street Fords that they tuned the XR8, with the new Harrop supercharger, using VCM suite. I could be wrong though
