F6 or Monza(WOG) coolers are great value for money if you can get them cheaply. I have seen both F6 and Wog coolers sold second hand for under $250 and at that price they are a cheap upgrade for anyone wanting to upgrade their standand XR6Ts cooler. I wouldnt bother buying a Monza cooler as the performance gains over the F6 IC would be minimal. Save the coin and put it towards other mods.

I would upgrade you fuel pump. Its cheap insurance really when you consider the cost of a new motor. My pump was at its limit with 274rwkw -

you forgot to mention that if you dont have a 20% deposit you have to pay morgage insurance which is a shut load. Also alot of banks and lenders will lend up to 105%
