So you had a mechanic install all the turbo parts to the stock motor with no prep for boost? I'm thinking of doing this as I just wrecked my BF mk2 xr6t and im buying an FG xt. Or just transplanting all the BF running gear into the FG not sure how doable the transplant is though.

Hey guys so I totaled my BF mk2 xr6t and have bought a bog stock FG xt im thinking of transplanting the xr6t running gear into the FG. Any obvious pitfalls I need to know about? Im planning to mount the diff motor and box myself (if I can) and getting a mechanic to plumb it and wire it. Cheers Rod.
