why oh why do I have to cringe every time a see a ford ad...... I have just seen the latest for ad advertising the territory which a cricket player (not sure of his name) doing terrible (meant to be a piss take) commentary. Its just not funny. Its simply f**king terrible. They should shoot every person involved in making the ad. Why can Expensive Daewoo put out great ad's (think the new ute ad) and all Ford constantly put out is this diarrhea. Soz my rant for the day, just makes me so angry!! is it just me or do other people feel the same way?

mate I think they have given you the best adivce they can, you really should be looking for another insurance company!!! I used to be with RACV, they always seemed to provide me with different and conflicting info everytime I rang up with a question. I used to be with RACV, had to make a claim and was told 4 conflicting versions of what sort of claim I made ( the first 2 actually said my insurance was invalid on my car due to modifications (which was an adding alarm to a bloody '88 laser). Got sick of the bs from RACV and moved to AAMI (I dont care about not chosing my repairer for my car sue to its age) seem pretty happy with them, don knowif they allow wegine mods though. if they know about your engine enhacnements listed on your policy, and they know it voids your policy why the hell are they still taking your $$$$. Scary to think that you may have had to make a claim in that time. They are just not worth the time and effort.

this is a really valid question.....although I hav e never been pulled over for speeding/ burnouts etc (im 27 and a sensible driver)I have heard both sides. ie: you get out of the car - so the officer sees you at a face level so they cannot start the conversation with a dominant role. ie: you get out of the car - so the officer sees you at a face and can see yopu are an honest decent person who may have been slightly? over the limit speeding an may let you off.

im really not a fan.. but each to his own..... would rather spend the money on performance than a fully sick blue interior but I do think that anything that creates more than normal interest in a xr6t is worth it as long as its not my $$

Generally I find rebadging for sales bulls**t but at this stage in the curent life of the ba/bf Ford can add a badge and minor bits or anything as longs it creates interest & sells numbers!!! they really need to move as many units as they can before the orion comes out. nice profile pic btw!

I had them in my old cortina, I never got rid of the whole nest. I ended up removing the whole interior, seats carpets and found the buggers under the back seats. Even after that I still found the ocassional lost one! They are so hard to kill a whole nest, the little buggers would take the world over if humans were not on it!

personally I think the front looks fugly, what the go with all the mesh, im not even going to mention the black plastiic? around the lights the rest looks very nice though, I just cant get over the front. When everybody here upgrades, ill be trying for a second hand bf typhoon

just another bullsh*t example of Ford MoCo service, either deny or accept all of these, how can an individual decide whether you get it fixed under warranty especially if that individual does not like your approach to the issue,tone of voice or even how you look

your right, it was always going to happen, im supprised this event still exists, I have seen videos of gumball, everbody speeds, seen footage of card doing inexcess of 160mph on public roads, really crazy stuff. pretty much rich boys playing with their overpriced over powered toys, all on public roads and the dodgy buggers tried to leave the country

why are people so against the force range? yes I know its overpriced compared to the phoon. Really it just an overpriced phoon with a few extras, some people would rather buy an executive style car and still have the performance with out the boy racer body kit look. Alot people hate the d**khead in the Expensive Daewoo v8 or jap box harrassing and trying to run them everytime they go for a drive. The ghia really does not match it with cars like the HSV senator, I think it was a good move for FPV to sell em (even though they could have had a more unique kit), and it does look like they are selling!

dude that really sucks, it has actually happened to me with an MGB falling from about the same height. Car got tuck in the same way with the ass in the air the thing that really pissed me off, I was just getting work done for a roadworthy as I had just SOLD the f**cking car The owner felt really really bad about it, he was insuraed and got the car fixed witghin a week. Sale still went through too luckly I still use the mechanic, he has been in business for over 25 years and mistakes do happen
