Then there’s the coolant I just wasted, the pump which is new and I have the pulley I just brought..... that $30 bucks just went up! And 2 pumps!!! Plus I have a steel pulley to replace the sh*tty plastic one that just shattered so if I get a “$30” pump without a pulley it would still set me back $50 to have a shop press the steel one on for me.... so yeah I should just buy a pump...... I’m just asking to see if someone already has the tool I can borrow, that’s it. No welder and little room for my grinder

Trust me apart from getting the dermal on it I’ve tried 3 different pullers today and the local Repco/Auto 1 guys are getting sick of seeing me [emoji3] See vid, I even called my mechanic to borrow his but he can’t find it so he ordered a new one just as a spare but I need to get the beast back in the road, had 2 too many days off already.

It’s the water pump and it’s only 5k old and I don’t want to pull a pump off. I have the pulley just can’t find the tool ASAP I know I can get one for $76 but I can’t wait 3-10 working days for work reasons. No parts shops I can find in Sydney stock it anymore order only. I just need to get my hands on one for 20 minutes to change over the pulley. Got one and it just slips off. The tool in my op is the best for the job that I know.

Guys need help ASAP, does anyone in the Sydney has a Toledo power steering pump pulley kit I could borrow, will pay in beer for a days use! The part number is 245380, image below, any help would be great, the Utes stuck in the shed with a broken water pump pulley and the metal bushing is stuck on the shaft. Thanks

This is the ghosted look

I have been ticking with the thought of putting a perforated sticker across the back window of my ute to aid in blocking out the sun when parked outside and adding a bit of a custom look at the same time. I can get it done very cheap through work as a case study to see what it looks like and see what reaction it has. Which one and thoughts? The base colour will be match to my ute (nitro blue) and cover the whole glass panel. Tossing up between the Ford logo or Turbo badge either colour matched or I can have it ghosted to a grey look. WDYT?

When I ordered my FG ute it was three weeks late and I'm not patient! Think the sakes guy was happy when I drove out the lot haha! Mine was they where extremely busy at the factory with the extras I ordered, I'd say yours the same if you ordered extras too. Don't stress the wait is worth it!
