People need to be aware that QoS is not the answer to a saturated link QoS (as used in consumer-grade devices) is simply a low latency queue, ensuring that voice packets are sent out of the device before other packets.

According to the website: "They are transformed through the removal of the interior, the fitment of safety equipment and slick racing tyres, and the minor modification to mechanical components such as suspension, engine management systems and the exhaust. Overall, mechanical changes are kept to a minimum in order to maintain market relevance and limit costs." So it appears there are some control items that limit what you can do to the cars.
