this is the second time in about 2 months I have lost the ones out of the front of the turbo first time shop fixed. do we know what size they are they look like M8 or 10 but not sure how long.

heres one for the tech savvy. I have just installed garmin on my n95 nokia but it will not recognise the gps on the phone and is asking to be paired with a external gps through bluetooth. anyone else put this progrom onto there phone

so!!!! can the coils be tested

is there a way of actually testing the coil, resistance or even a flash tool. I beleive I have a dead one too

hey guys I have just moved to town, a couple of months ago anyway. good to see a few members live here and are catching up

king springs all round sl front and ssl rear. bit more road noise than the 19s and a little stiffer over the bumps. no gaurd mods at the mo but ill give it a couple of weeks and re assess if I will need to do them.

they are getting around a bit more. dont know if it was the smartest move on emeralds goat tracks, but they look heaps better than my 19's

just put a new set of 20's under the xr.

would love to try warranty but its void. I forgot when the car is cold it runs nearly normal untill it gets some temp into it

have been having a few problems with my t lately. it started out at about 4000 rpm the car would start to hesitate and sound like it was missing but as of last week it started doing it even under light acceleration just above idle. I have changed fuel filter and plugs (they were white ) and when they scanned the car it said I had a throttle actuator fault. has any one else had to change out a throttle body with the same fault . any suggestions

hot or cold car off or on same thing every time. I hear the click but it is just really hard to shift to reverse all other gears seem good.

been having a few probs getting my t56 into reverse of late. te car has been modified so ford here dont wont to touch the car. any ideas on what it could be. maybe the reverse lockout not getting power?

I think it may have been one of there first xr6ts but I know they are very good with ls1 tunes and with no probs I had on the day, would prob ly be very good turbo tuners as well

plugs gapped and yes it is a very average result.im not posting this because I think its a great result (was expecting 300+) its because of the fact that I was told my springs were failing. this seems odd to me at this power level for a sep 2005 mk2.

yeh I thought maybe the 300 mark would have made me happy. only running 12 psi and he said the fuel ratio was spot on.

that's what I thought a bit low. it was a half assed tune to get me home from brissie in the end. I wanted it done properly but had some intake pipe probs. but still didnt think I would have been running into sring probs at this power. if I have to change them it could be a blessing though ill do the exhaust and pump while im at it and chase even more power. he said because of the rough idle after the power run that he suspected the springs but I have always had a rough idle and I was yet to plumb idle hose back to intake.

had my car tuned bout 2 weeks ago now got 264 rwkw. not bad, but not really wot I was hoping for. the tuner said he didnt wont to go any further because he thought the valve springs were failing. he said it still felt like it had a far bit in it. just wondering if any one else has had the same prob in a late series 2 ( I thought they had the upgraded springs by then).

mate anouther inch lower with this kit on would be undrivable. it is about 1-1.5 inches lower than the standard xr body kit. sl front and ssl rear is plenty low anough for me especially on central qld roads
