  1. I do believe there is a different cam profile along with a differnt tune. the bottom end is also I think from what I herd slightly weaker in the GT thanks to lighter rods.... dont quote me on that though
  2. did they do the warranty work knowing that you are running aps gear, strange anyway recomend getting a rebuilt auto. I have aps phase II running 270rwk auto started flaring 2nd to third,, took easy for a while then brother drove car wollar!!! woudnt change 2nd to 3rd at all so had it rebuilt by tony at yarra vally automatics, couldnt be happier hasnt missed a beat shaved 1/2 sec off 1/4 mile time. Shop around now though try kewish automatics in dandy, or preston automatics as well and get the rebuilt u wont regret it.
  3. in regards to the auto talk to GEEEA. I know of a few options, you will need to have the auto fully rebuilt with kevlar bands/ clutch packs installed as a minimum. Along with the valve body modded, not knowing how modded yours is may need further moding. The main week link in the auto at 400rwk power level seemes to be the planaterys breaking. I think GEEEA has done a lot of work with Kewish- in dandenong, regarding the upgraded planetarys. in saying that I had my auto rebuilt by Tony at Yarra Vally automatics great guy, also talk to preston automatics they do a good job 2 I here anyway good luck!
  4. standard early 03 auto with filter made 200.3rwk first run then 198rwk second run now has 270rwk
  5. yes I have seen white factory 18's at the all ford day in geelong they had been powdercoated white and were on a phantom, yes they actually looked trick, good option. go a thiner five spoke though.
  6. try the goodyear F1's u will not be dissapointed
  7. thanks for the info well I have been running in the high 12's 12.80 @ 111mph has been the quickest and 13.09 the slowest. Stalling it up in second and slaming it into first, hows that work if its in manual mode and you shift second it automatically reverts back to 1st interesting though if craig could comment on what exactly has been done to the auto to allow this would be great
  8. Hi well I had my auto rebuilt about 15000 ks ago by yarra vally, cant have enough good things to say...... holdin up awsome chirps 1-2 2-3 awsome!!!! however I also did have a dominator stall converter installed which is all good I was told it was a 2800. although I have read a few of GEEAS post and he has a dominator stall and manages to get it to stall up to 3200- 3400rpm so shes full of boost without wheel spin. Can anyone tell me if there is something electronic done to enable him to do this as the best I can manage whithout frying tyres is 2600rpm. I also heard of preston autos doing somethin similar which enables to stall it up and slam it into performance mode to launch hard... any info on this would really help as im tryin to get this fker off the line hard fastest 60' is 1.97sec with 270 rwk on stockies......
  9. yes that's James car hes a local down here and it also has the go to go with the show!!! 300rwk and lot of work on the airbrushin very nice car!!!!
  10. hi jimmy, out of interest sakes I know of some good results from the wog cooler and they are good value. If you go into repco or autobarn you will find the same intercooler under Monza brand or Autotechnica. Yes they are imported from china then what isnt these days. The price is $499 from autobarn and it requires no cutting for intallation I am about to intall one of these on my phaze II and will get back to u with the results
  11. I highly recomend the SO EASY tyre shine it gives the best results by far, just make sure u wipe of any execss on tyres. cheers for $9 a can it goes a long way.
  12. thanks guys for the info, 300 rwk here we come
