Well I found one on eBay.. $51.. its called a ROCKER COVER VENT AIR HOSE.. better off fabricating my own I think

thanks k31th, is it a big deal to leave it for a couple of weeks.. when the engine is idle and I move the hose around it doesnt seem to effect the engine idle in anyway.. where can I order a new one (pls dont say ford) ,, what would a newb like myseld call this hose?

How did u pick up the ABS sensors? They don't show on Torque or Dashcommand. Does forscan give more info? Ford want $125 just to scan

Does anyone else's boost show a constant 5.5 psi? I tried playing around with the boost settings where it suggests -14.7 or 0 or 14.7 but doesn't seem to change anything..or is it just a ford thing? Also is it worth getting a 2nd OBD for iOS? I have a "ELM327 Super-mini OBD2 Bluetooth" But it doesn't work on iOS. I've had to ninja my sons Android but droid tablets feel so laggy. - Are you guys using Androids or iPhones?

Hi G6ETNZ, I had a similar noise. Apx 30cm from stopping.. & when I was reversing slowly with my foot on the brake. It turned out it was the wheel sensors thinking I was out of control. I didn't get any warning lights on the dash either.. Easiest way to see if it's ABS related just pull the ABS fuse out & go for a drive. This disables your TCS & DSC aswell so you'll see all 3 warning lights illuminated. Might make it easier to point the mechanic in the right direction

I had this problem when I bought my BF. It would clunk and grind in the pedals just before coming to a complete stop. It would also do it pretty bad reversing with my foot on the brake. I just took my ABS fuse out =No more clunk It ended up being a faulty front wheel sensor but it saved me having to play 'guess the noise' with Ford

My TCS light came on permanently & brakes were spazzing out every time I came to a slow stop or crawling in traffic (prob wheel sensor, brake pedal switch) I just pulled the ABS fuse out and goodbye clunk.! However, now I obviously have no TC & DSC.. Which is fine. But how bad is it drive without ABS? Not track just road driving Not to mention the 3 new warning lights - The scary red exclamation mark.

Hi TURKLE Did u ever get this issue sorted?? Mine has done it since I got it last yr (BF XR6T) Only just realising how much I hate it The "clunk clunk grind grind" disappeared for 2 days, every thing was quiet and... Like a normal car. But the noise is back ( my TCS light came on & couldn't be switched off) So I'm 99% they're related Mine goes mental every time it come to a slow stop or starting to crawl like in traffic. Let me know mate Anything to avoid the Ford dealers
