I'm a red p plater but my dad has a business in his name, if I apply for an exception for an fg xr6 turbo is it likely that I will get it if my reason is that it has a high and capable towing capacity, high ancap safety rating etc. and say that it is for work purposes? Also can I apply for an exemption without already having a car? Thanks
