Mine has the opposite problem with tcl on, give it a bit over 1/2 throttle in 3rd or 4th and it happily snakes away with the tcl light flashing, only cuts power very slightly if at all. Great fun unless my wife drives it and isn't expecting major step outs when overtaking.

2011 xr6t with leather.. plasmaman pipework, cooler, surge 044 , injectors Bov, Dump and cat. Tuned on 98 to 20psi peak settling to ~17psi. Tuned ZF. also run torque app through icc to display stuff which is a bit different.. have fiddled with the layout since this pic.
