Box is defiently not slipping. Hasnt happened in a while, I drove it really hard for a full tank and the box just feels much better. Changes alot more smoother, launches better and doesnt do the issue I had. Quite weird indeed.

Sorry it's a 2012 not 2010, so still has warranty. So I should basically tell them to keep it until its fixed? That's what I'm thinking of doing

Hey everyone, The car is a 2010 fg mk2 xr6 turbo. 6 speed auto The issue has happened 6 times now. What is happening is when I push the throttle down (doesnt matter how hard or if its in drive or first gear) there is a hesitation of about a second, you hear the turbo spooling but revs are not high (about 2500rpm orso) then when it gets going it goes spastic straight into wheelspin. I bought it second hand with 30k kms on the clock. I took it back to ford and they said its fine, no fault codes or anything. Brakes arnt grabbing as it rolls and wheels are not spinning. Foot is also off the brake Any advice would be great on helping me sort out what is going on. Todd

sorry but one more question. Im looking at buying some achiilies atr sport in 245 35 19 93w. From what I understand I need 93y and over for my fg xr6t, is that correct? im assuming insurance issues if I use lower load ratings? I just see alot of people using the atr sports

hey guys, I have tried to search for my answer but couldnt find anything. I have a fg mk2 6t limited edition so it has the 19inch wheels. Currently have 245 35 19 on, silly question but can I put other width and sidewall heights on? if so what could I use? Just really wanting an idea so I can see what tires I couod use. Thanks.

thanks for that, what about a replacement for the oem box like the process west street. same issue as you stated? I just bought the car and loving it so far. im assuming getting a tune to be safe the sorry?

sorry to bring up an old thread but saves me making a new one. I am purely after induction sound on my stock fg xr6t, would the plaz turbo side intake and air muffler delete require a tune? I have tried to search this for an hour with no luck. thanks guys. Todd.
