  1. Hey guys, I recently had an incedent with a gutter which resulted in a slightly bent left hand side axle. Im just curious to see wether any earlier model axles are compatible with the ours. Also are the standard ute axles any different to xr6t lsd axles? Hopefully I can head to the wreckers and find one to save a few bucks. Any info would be handy Thanks in advance!
  2. I think that's a clip off the new crusty demons chronicles, seen it somewhere before... crazy f#ckers
  3. Nice work! What are your mods and is that auto or manual? Elite certainly seem the way to go for edit tuning in brisbane!
  4. And how is it that hose clamps reduce power?
  5. So what is it that I have done wrong?
  6. Like I said the only thing I am aware of is the hose clamps on barbed fitting, yes barbed (flared), originally I had hose clamped on steel line which was an issue, which I had since flared, instead of screw in fittings. Exhaust is standard less cat and middle muffler.
  7. To clarify, im pretty sure the only other issue with my car was using hose clamps on hose fittings on my fuel system intead of scew in fittings. I didnt purposely come on here to put sh*t on powertorque, just sharing my experiance and comparing with others, a bit upset with the outcome.
  8. Its got a 3000rpm stall converter
  9. Glad to see im not the only one. Powertorque is realy a dedicated ls1 tuner, and ive learnt from my mistake. Youd think being a capa dealer theyd be up there with the rest. Theyv got a well setup workshop but I think there busy enough with other work they concentrate on their specailty and arent to interested with ba tuning. That was my experience anyway.
  10. Thanks mate I might try an organise something like that. I really dont think I got $500 worth of tuning from them.
  11. All the graph shows is a power curve, no afr's or boost or even torque. He told me it was 13 psi which bled back down to 10. It says 704nm at 84km/h, 258kw at148km/h and Motive force -1978Lb @82km/h. I think he was surprised at the power to but said thatd be the torque converter. When I asked what would be holding it back, they said exhaust.
  12. Car made 192rwkw stock. Now 258. Torque 704nm
  13. Didnt leave til 7. I think he did about 5 seperate runs on the dyno.
  14. I havent done to much in it yet, but from what I have done, I guess was expecting more. I wouldnt say its a dramatically different car to drive, obviously it pulls harder, but I was hoping for a weapon that would pull an 11, I really dont think this would be close to it. In the meantime il do the actuator and get a new tuner.
