Update. Had a busy day. Had to make a call and decided to plug an aftermarket ecu into it so I could tune to validate the application. Went as good as expected and pulls 300 rpm higher than the 500ci big block it replaces with minimal tuning. Only issues as expected were boost creep and lack of injector as a result. Will revisit the factory ecu when time permits. I will get pics up, has not been a big priority sorry.
Thanks for that. That's dumb, if heat shield came off easily it would be a very straight forward job! Was trying to figure out why people were doing it the "hard" way...
Hi all. How do you remove the heat shield over the engine mount? (with turbo in place) Not sure if some sort of clip? Pulling turbo and manifold off as one but need shield off to remove remaining rear support bracket bolt grr. Thanks
