Out of the two coolers you mention the 800hp would be ample for what you are after.Both brand coolers work but the quality of the Plazmaman gear is second to none! If your on a budget go the Rapid one as they have proven themselves over and over bang for buck.

ECT logs normal at around 86.88c,wonder whether the ecm not switching is the problem ?

Havent looked to see if I can log cht with HP yet. Car started running rich last week,scanned the 02 and was at .8 .9v and not switching so I presumed it was the 02 sensor and relaced it with another but still end up with the same reading.

Luke is it possible for that head sensor to peg the 02 sensor at .8 .9v if its playing up?

Inlet temps are going to increase when you raise the boost 0n the next tune to get 300+ so your probabley will need one of the better intercoolers as the others have said.

Anyone else had this problem and have a fix for it ?Just been on a trip with the family,car fully loaded and the vibration was a PITA. Had the centre bearing and uni replaced when I got there.Trip home was only slightly better. Definately not as noticeable with the vehicle unladen.
