  4. Pretty sure the std injectors are the same on the n/a and Turbo engine.
  5. Will need a touch up tune if you have more line pressure than you did before.
  6. You could just make up a plate and elbow and relocate the throttlebody in a more suitable location to suit your existing intercooler .

  12. Hi guys, just curious as to what has been the max rwkw power that has been achieved on std factory ba turbo pistons before they have failed. This question is more aimed at workshops,Pro tuners and factual evidence. I am aware of the problem of bent rods with these engines but am more interested in piston failures due to hp levels. Any info appreciated,Pm me if you like. Cheers, John
  13. As far as I know 200cpi cats are epa compliant and 100cpi cats are not .
  14. We also run a 4 inch s/s dump and cat with intermediate pipes that we bought of Jim for a Ba and the fit is great.The exhaust is actually quieter than the stock system with a punched cat that is run on another Ba we have. His service was great as well as the quick delivery time.
  15. One of my friends ad a STA supercharged vn ss and the valve in the water injection jammed open and dumped the water in the engine. He went to start it and got a really slow crank.Anyway he got it running but with a knock in the motor <bent rod>. After a while the noise went away and he boosted it like he always did.Whent for 6 months till on a cruise trip home at 110kph it dropped the lot when the rod fatigued enough from being bent and smashed through the lifter gallery and holed the sump. Noises can go but it does not mean the problem has .

  17. I think it is by the look of the taper on the flange at the throttle body,Btw the one I got of you works well.Not at 380 like Kroozen but we are working our way up slowly but surely.

  19. It depends on supporting mods and how they deliver the boost in their tunes imo.

  21. Honestly a 4" dump is overkill with the little turbo if that's what your staying with.Better would be one of Venoms dump & cat assy or maybe a 3.5 " dump and cat.
