  1. silly question I no lol just didn't no as its my first injectors change on the t cause the spark plugs will need camping .9 I'm told

Hi all just wondering if there's any little fine tweeks I have to do when changing injectors like do I need to gap them with feller gauges or anything like that as I changing them tomorrow and sparkplugs due to car jerking round 4 grand if that don't work coils if not fuel pump if not springs thus is the path I'm taking his this a wise order. cheers And yes they are stock injectors Cai is only mod till next year save money and get car stage 4 or5 cappa kit better do it all at onece save going back 10 times getting bit by bit

  4. Are well ill grab a set tomorrow and just cruse till I can get them in on wkn cheers for that if that doesn't work I'll try coils and then springs I was planing on doing them as I've read there rubbish.

I've noticed that when I'm in 3rd and around 4 grand the car starts to jerk at first I thought it was fuel pump but driving home today it did it in second gear as well when for the last couple of weeks it's being fine in the lower gears just wondering if it's coil packs on there way out how do I tell if they are and has anyone had similar problems?

  11. Ya I relies that as long as it's stock computer should be right and it's good to have it learn your way of driving instead of the bloke u bought it off I only do it one time like u say wouldn't do it after every tank that would be pointless

  13. Because the dash trip reset only resets your trip meter not your average speed or your lph average. So if your average fuel is say 50 ks tripping reset on dash won't reset that only your trip meter will reset taking battery terminal of resets all your averages.

That's a hard one first I'd be checking hoses make sure no splits in hose or on the metal lines were hose connects to if not tighten clamps yourself nice and firm I wouldn't imagine ford having to take any of these off but u never no with ford sometimes if still carnt find take back as soon as possible explain wot is goin on make sure they are awaire that it was not a problem till they played with it as they are more then likely to hit u up for more money try to state it as firm as possible so they no your not happy if u bought the car new it sould be under warranty if u got the 5 year if second hand like I said go back even ask them to tell u exactly wot they did just seems a bit weirded after just changing timing cover hope all goes well for u.

I've found that if you've just bought a xr or Xrt and think its fuel consumption is a bit high given that u never really no how hard previous ppl drive it the best option take battery terminal off this will reset all trip setting fuel consumption etc put a full tank in and cruse around your averages sould go to were the car is quicker then having to wait for it to come down my Xrt gets 12 lt per hundred after dooming this.

  20. Ok cheers is there a way to tell without taking off I was told that some have uni joint tail shaft and some don't was yours have a uni joint behind bearing if so I would say that they are same being same model.
  21. Hi all just wondering if any no the center bearing size for my 2004 xrt its rather 35mm or 38mm how do I tell.

Haha cheers barns ya after driving to work the smorning I put the back seat down to see if I could hear diff a bit better the gearbox noise I heard is actually coming from diff and diff bushes are flogged and the turbo needs rebuild not the fuel pump but for price and convince I'm just going to buy new one probly an fg one as I heard there a bit smaller and spool earlier still get the box serviced new bendix pads on Thursday and an eangine service next wkn then see we're I'm at and Center bearing needs doing I'm hoping I don't have to replace to much more then this as I'm wonting to get bf bare bloke & computer just for the internals and if carnt get this diff off Gunna I'll get a true track lsd I have funds but getting up to scratch will be first objective.

Hahaha ya and a 2011 crf250 fuel consumption was his main concern my na got 700 ks to a tank with a turbo snorkel and bf twin exhuast 100 cell high flow cat plus rego till April next year full tank range on the tee when I filled it up was 570 and there's no way I'll get that out of it if Your boosting everywhere and him having to drive 150 ks a day for work was killing him and rego due in September but like I said I don't mined spending a bit of coin to get it were I want it but the bike sweetens the deal and the bike has sat in shed for a year not bein riddin with work I just didn't have time to
