Finally caved in today.Tried the autotrader for 2weeks with no joy apart from timewasters so traded it for $26000 against a 4x4ute. Thanks for the help though . Got a single oval exhaust system if anyone wants to do the mechanics and swap for their own stock system.

Can anyone help me price my car for a private sale?? It's a 2004 xr6 ute in metallic grey,52,000k,fsh,dark tints,lowered on kings sl,20"chrome rims on new tyres,tub liner,soft cover only,custom single oval exhaust system. Paid $30,000 from Challenger ford (rockingham wa)last november.All mods professionally done since then. Was offered $22,000 yesterday as a trade-in,but I feel it's worth around $26,000 with the alloys etc as it's immaculate.Is this a reasonable price to ask for a private sale??Thankx in advance for any advice.

Hi all New to this forum and Australia.Just bought my first ute, 04' xr6 which I've started to modify.Had it slammed,tinted and custom exhaust fitted last week but I'm now looking for a pair of clear rear lamps-altezza/lexus style.. Can any one give me any weblinks or stores that I can buy these from along with other ute goodies.I've lookes at adelaideutes.com.au but didn't see much there and I've checked out a couple of ute mags. Any help appreciated. cheers guys
