check coil packs...a mate is just asking if he should replace the lot after he had the same problem and found one coil pack is crook.

It's a twin plate clutch with 28,000 klms on it...I doubt its worn out .

I've looked at the manual and it doesn't show any spacer...does it go between the throwout and the gearbox face ? I'm guessing the dealer has removed the leaky throwout along with the spacer and fitted the new one without the spacer. Does anyone have a picture of this installation with the spacer ?

G'day , My mate has a Typhoon turbo 6 with 28,000 klms on it. He just had the diff bushes and a leaky hydraulic throw-out bearing replaced under warrantee . Now the clutch pedal release position is right at the top of the pedal travel. Its a twin plate clutch. The dealer reckons the clutch is worn out ????? Obviously trying to avoid a big job at their cost. Have you any suggestions on why the pedal release position is so high ?
