Just looking for some option as in which way to go about upgrading my tailshaft from standard in my territory with a zf auto. 1st launch done my diff bushes.fixed it 2nd launch the tail shaft center bearing clasped. Thsnks

The mechatronics unit will need to be installed in the new gear box from the old one. Im not sure how hard this it. Anyone know if its part of the valve body and if its a big job.?

Sorry I have swapped my zf stock auto box to a rebuilt zf auto from another car. The car its self engages every gear selected. Ie park drive netual and reverse but its in limp mode. Is this due to the box not marrying up with the current computer

If I have swap my zf auto Is there anyway to remove it from limp mode. ? Its stuck in 3rd. Will it have to be retuned.?

Have been told that 8 liters is more than enough for a dry refill can someone please help me. Im stuck in what oil to buy and how much

So your saying to run engine and wait for oil the pickup and start pumping at 750 800 rpm. Then after its been in park transfer to reverse which has had no oil located in it. ? I understand How to refill and chack transmission fluid. But still no one has answered my question. ?

Hi all. I just got my ZF 6peed auto back from a rebuild and its bone dry! My question is how do I safely and correctly fill the gearbox up with oil. I know I can remove the filler plug and pump oil into the box until it trickles out of the filler plug hole... but surely that's not the total amount. I dont want to crank my car over with no oil in my pumps and throughout the rest of the box and damage anything or is this the only way? P.S. I will fill my tourqe converter with 1l of oil or so before intallation. PLEASE HELP!
