I want around the 330 - 350 hp. Looking for a good preformance and economy, do not want some thing that sucks a lot of fuel

I have a BF2 XR6T and want to fit a good set of injectors, but not sure what ones to fit. I have a 2 stage intercooler and growler CAI system and want to put a Flash Tune X3 with the injectors. One mob tells me 65lb and another tells me 45lb with a high flow fuel pump. can some one help me with what I should fit.
