Don't be scared to give it hell, just do these things to run it in properly: - Try not to go over 5000rpm in the first 5000kms. - In as many gears as you can, drive it to 5000rpm, take your foot off the gas and then let it load down through the revs without brakes. Be careful that there's no one behind you when you do this. It's best to try it on the freeway/highway but you can still do it in 1st and 2nd on normal roads. All in all, drive the fuker like you stole it and the internals will bed in nicely and go hard for all it's life

If you're using the standard 25mm adaptor to the BOV it won't vent enough air to avoid the surge. Try welding a 38mm adaptor on, it'll make a huge differnce
