  1. Did you ask those fukers when the diff bushes etc. are gonna be ready? It's been like a year... Leave your sway on the medium holes, this gives the best result :gunsfiring:

  4. That was silly. A house appreciates, a car dies in the arse. So you're left paying about $10 a month off your car while it goes down, and when you sell it, you'll be left with absolutely no chance of remotely breaking even.
  5. If you do a search there's a bit thread on when Erko tested almost every option out. He found that if you dont want to replace the shocks, just get a 27mm adjustable Whiteline swaybar for the front, and leave the back stock. If my memory serves me correctly this had the best results. Thanks to Haydn and his old man we put one in mine a few weeks ago and it's made a massive difference, that and some king springs in the rear stopped the tail from wanting to slide out around the race track

  15. I've seen that taxi at the Croydon bottle o. It's not a turbo he's just got the badge there, and he's done a really bad job of it too!
  16. The sh*tty rubber diff bush. It cracks and loosens up and creates a slack which is the clunk/shunt you can feel... It can be replaced under warranty if it's covered, which it should be, being only 6000ks old. Just go to the dealership and say the diff bush is rooted and you want a new one put in. If they road test they'll see the problem. They've replaced 1000s of them over the years, but no one can keep up with the changes in diffs that Ford have made with these cars, plus the BF MKII aint all that old, hence not many aftermarket or stronger options. They've changed the diff about 7 times in the past 3 models :o

I think the grinding from the gearbox at low revs is just roll over noise, they all do that and sometimes a thicker rubber can reduce the cabin noise or you can get it filled with foamy sh*t, but neither of them will completely eliminate it. The metal noise if it's a clicking noise could be the thrust bearing and the clunk would be the diff bush. The clunk they should fix under warranty because it's a known ffuk up of a design, but the bearing you may have to put up with, unless you get it looked at by someone who can tell you exactly what it is, then you can go and tell the service guys what it is.
