They'll go lower than 5%. My money is on at least 4% by March '09. It's amazing how much interest rates effect incomes. My partner just finished up work as we're having another baby in Feb, so we're down an income, but I rang my bank the other day to reduce my mortgage payments down to the latest interest rate and it dropped over $600 a month! Crazy stuff. If you've already got a mortgage, at around the start of the second quarter of next year, shop around for the best interest rate (it'll probably be the Commonwealth) and move your money there and fix it for as long as you can. You'll save a bucket load of caaaash. :sniffle:

LOL I was talking to my band's sound engineer about this the other day, as Joe has sued Coldplay over it a couple of weeks ago. I've got the Coldplay song on my computer, and the original song is completely different to Joe Satriani's cockhead instrumental, apart from those few seconds of a similar, but different melody. The bass line is totally different in the originals, the chord progression is different, the key is different, AND if you play the one in the video against the original the tempo is faster in the video too. I doubt he'll win his lawsuit, unless a moron jury watch a doctored video like this. It'll probably settle out of court anyway...

I blocked my BOV and it seemed to reduce lag quite a bit. When slamming through the gears, does compressor surge keep more air in the system making it easier for the turbo to spool all your lost boost back, or is it much of a muchness?
