Depends on the state you live in, but it's more EPA and ADR that have problems with any kit that anyone sells for any car, turbo or non... Technically anyone with more than 1 intake mod is not compliant! HAH!

It's a f*cking GEN III!!!! TOLD YA! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA 5.7lt GEN III with a PWR 122 blower kit, cammed, meth/water injection etc. etc. I'm always right Darren - there's a clear exhaust note difference between a cast iron 5.0lt block and an aluminuim 5.7lt chev block!
