lol My manual Rspec F6 only had 370rwkw and it blew a diff, countless bushes and went through tyres like nothing else. In the end it sounded like a taxi with it's whining bulletproof diff. It was so much fun skating up the road to over 100kph but at the end of the day I do 100+k's a day with my job, so a manual turned into a nightmare and I regretted it. They're clunky, noisy, and as H said, I was getting beaten by ZF's with much less power which gets annoying after a while; you're in wheel spin while they're 50m ahead of you You learn how to use throttle control pretty quickly when you have good power. It's personal preference, but having had both within the last 2 years I'd get an auto again for sure. You can drive it normally in D, or sharpen up the gear changes in performance mode (ridiculously quick) or choose your gears with the sequential mode and hold whatever gear you want. The only thing that lets cornering down is the converter, if you're 1/2 way through a corner in 2nd and you plant it, the converter and turbo lag make for some interesting over steer. ZF FTW
