  2. Just a tune and injectors if it needs it for now Daz, then we'll see what products all the big sponsors have out later in the year and whoever gets the best results will probably get my business lol

You'll have major problems controlling boost with no wastegate porting or larger swing valve with a dump and large cat no matter how good your actuator is (by the way, get a 12 or 15psi actuator, not 10!). You've just got to spend the money on it otherwise you'll be forced to keep boost down which will rob you of power output. There's no point doing a 4" housing, spend that money on a wastegate port and keep the turbo standard. The only thing is I've seen people get into trouble with having a split dump and a larger swing valve. As it swings open to bypass gasses it can get jammed by the small dump pipe. You may need to flog it off and get a single 4" dump in future... Also I wouldn't bother with the valve springs. Get boost sorted first, then if things start to shake, get springs

  6. Thanks guys. I'm pretty shattered about the arse peck George but I was getting sick of the manual and all the diff and clunk issues. I'm sure this one will develop some clunks but the ZF will be quicker anyways. This will probably beat my old car in a straight line even though it had 360ish lol I'll get some photos up when I get the rims and springs on next week

  8. Hopefully pick it up next Wednesday. It’s got leather, reverse camera, mats and I've ordered some SSL springs and the 20" Dark Argents I can't believe how different the FG feels to the BF. They're worlds apart!

  11. How much are you spending on the exhaust? You'd be better off getting an xforce 4" turbo back and maybe a RAPIDsystems kit or Process West kit for around $3k and you'd have a pretty quick car

  19. With most insurance companies, they must replace new for old if the car is still under new car warranty. If you have an accident and they've installed dodgey second hand gear then Ford would have an issue warranting it if something went wrong. I've been dealing with Just Car Insurance and because mine is a non-fault claim I've had no issues, however I'm battling with them now to just get the car written off instead of them spending $30k on fixing it. So far they've offered me $44,800 which they think is the current market value. My lease payout is a little more than that, but if I were to sell it privately I'd be lucky to get $40k for it as it’s modded with high k’s (83,000). So this seems to be the best option for me, take a small loss now as opposed to trying to sell it for $40k with a front end collision on it’s books!
