  1. lol that's actually a good idea! Mine's on the back of my car
  2. It's an '04 2.4lt VTEC, Hondata flashed ECU @ Jtune for 132kw atw, custom CAI into pod, a Jap imported genuine factory full Euro-R bodykit (even the fog lights are genuine!), Jap imported Prodrive 6.9kg 17" rims, Jap imported Honda factory racing suspension (complete replacement), Cusco sways, Cusco strut brace, Apexi RSM, and a few other bits and peices. Great engine, great car. Never had an issue with it and it's only done 59,000ks.

This one's always good for a laugh. hVlA1eBZ9Cg '...a turbo rotory...with headers? and pistons and all that right?' Oh and I have never laughed so hard as when I watched this vid! I love the sch sch of the front bar lol Bml8DONNSCo If you wait for the end of the vid, there's some good ricer vids in there!
  4. Yes but it has a sensor, it's not fed information from the computer. I don't know enough about it to make any statements, all I was trying to say was that I noticed a huge difference from the stock FPV VDO gauges compared to my new ozegauge stepper motor gauges.
  5. Mechanical boost gauges are more accurate and give you instantaneous information. The electrical boost gauges take forever to get where they need to be, and by then you've changed gears. Electronic oil pressure is okay, because it's a realy messy job running an oil line through the firewall, but if you want instant accuracy, mechanical is the way to go I think, especially with temp gauges. If you're doing track days or drag racing, you may want the most accurate information, but in your case Rob, you should definately go mechanical boost and electrical oil pressure or oil temp. I was amazed at the difference tapping a line into the boost made to the readout. I never knew I was making any boost at 2000rpm on the electrical gauge as it didn't register until you hit close to 4000rpm!
  6. Don't go electrical for your boost! Get a boost sensor. Get boost and oil pressure imo. The actual brand is just personal preference really. Cobalts are about $300 each from Autobarn, and Defi gauges are quite expensive too. You've already seen my ones. Good luck and show us when they're done Rob.
  7. Someone's on their rags! TYPICAL AR$EHOLE BULLY
  8. Yeah it sucks... Out of the 4 I scraped from the barrel this month, the first two were in the first week of March, and the last two were in the last week. Our target was 6 for the month, after we did 10 last month. So next year, I know when to take my leave!
  9. Nizpro give you a 20,000k 1 year warranty anyways. So techincally you can start modding your car safely with 80,000ks or after 2 years, depending on how much you drive!
  10. I'm workin Senna, but I've got some appointments for a change! Easter was DEAD but it's picked up a lot this weekend. I just sold 2 house and land packages and hit my KPI for the month...on the 30th no less... phew! Gang bang those walkins mate! <-- The Desperate Salesman
  11. Senna you should send out a memo and take finders fees from the local dealerships of all these forum members
  12. Are you kidding? That thing is quick as I <3 Bananas. 500rwkw! THIS THING IS AMAZING! + it sounds incredible! 86HWAni3wic
  13. I've been so tempted to get the front and rear badges, that's all that's missing. It's a complete Euro-R lookalike. I get some massive compliments from Japanese dudes and Honda fans alike. It sounds awesome with a POD on it too. Farkin screams
  14. Saw XRTPSI on Maroondah Hwy at 5:38pm just before Croydon Maccas. Rims look good mate. Now dump it!
  15. I took my old man's LS1 VT Slugsport around the block once when I was 17. It left with 95% tread and came back with the insides at about 50%. The IRS bogged the rears in. I did 3 massive patches within about 700m, and he didn't have a clue coz it didn't even tick over 1km. The tyres still lasted quite a while, and I remember him telling me how he stumbled across the rears on the canvas about a year later lol
  16. Coulda told me oil temp was better a month ago before I bought the water temp one...
  17. I've got a Honda too. An Accord Euro. Couldn't regard a Honda high enough. They're an awesome car and with the $5000 Honda racing suspension on my one, it out handles my F6!
  18. Hah... I play this when it's slow. Have a go, it's farkin sick as... If you get into it I'll tell ya how easy it is to beat everyone. Tip: rev it to redline in 1st and all other gears will hammer through. http://www.funny-games.biz/drag-recer3.html
  19. I've let a couple of my mates drive my car obviously while I'm in it. But the ones that abuse it and don't drive it like I ask them too are never going to get the offer again. The Mrs hasn't driven it yet...
  20. Anyone know a phantom XR6t with the plates DANY79? I have driven past him on the monash like 20 times in the past month. Looks noice on the freeway.
  21. Get these ones Rob, they're mint. Its awesome having a boost gauge that reads the actual boost!
  22. Sick tits... I can't wait Pics and vids will be good. I remember when there were heaps of people at the Sandown pub a couple of months ago, when the lights went green all you could here was Barra turbos, it sounded NUTS! :3gears: :3gears: :3gears:
  23. I can't see any of em you bastards... I'll just have to get on when I get home and have a chuckle.
