  1. I have not started this topic to give any1 a bashing... I wonted to know if any1 has had any problems which I have accured, to shine some light on this, they have found the problem hopefuly. as I have mentioned b4. I am 1 of the lucky one's getting a dud system.... If I had a problem with them I would not take my car there.. as there are plenty of tuners out there... I have not had a problem with Nizpro for the past 3 odd years ive been taking my car to them... and hopefuly this sticky I <3 Bananas up will be fixed Vsoon.

I had a choice 2day through scott>>>> single 3.5 or he'll send me a twin 2 1/2..I told him to send me the twin as nizpro would prefer tunning the twin system rather the single 3.5.. as I dont wont or need anymore headaches ... this exhaust change is not costing me any money. just alot of piss farting around, lets hope it gets solved for every1's sake...... Old custom system (no good) New 3.5single xforce system (no good) 2nd NEW 2 1/2 SYSTEM xforce (..................)
  3. 4inch dump xforce 3.5 cat, system through out.. New system was bought through scotts rods, nizpro did not supply this sysem.. spoke to scottsrods and his sending down a twin 2 1/2 inch system after the cat (NO CHARGE) but I told him ill pay for the transport for the old exhaust system. ill be keeping the 4inch dump and cat as there is nothing wrong with it as nizpro has run it on the dyno. Big thanks to scottsrods in helping me out with this drama
  4. well this is the story atm my new exhaust system is fukd, nizpro have done the hotside which had a kink and checked for any leaks car was men to be fine, dave put it up on the dyno just b4 made 285 kwrw or so on, they droped the exhaust after the cat it made 310 or so and made 5psi just by running the thing.. no tunning watso ever... so bottom line is a twin 2 1/2 system is getting delivered..... im having a great I <3 Bananas day 2day.
  5. no exhaust problem with the standed dump and custom exhaust it pushed 310kwrw with the 4inch dump 3.5 inch xforce system it pushed out less. but the car Has Had some issues so, will find out soon how it goes.
  6. simon from nizpro called me today siad, they think they have found he problem. the factory hotside was kinked and the joiner I had to fit the factory hotside to the cooler was loose. the photo convo was quick so we didnt get into detail. keep use boys posted.
  7. like dave and simon said the accurator isnt a problem yet as the power and boost isnt a problem as its holding the boost fine without troubling them with the tuning side of things. there words were u should b doing a turbo upgrade,but u dont need it as yet cause of this problem we are facing (low power). they even said with the bolt ons I have we should be expecting power between 330- 340kwrw.... thanks for your suggestions guys ill be waiting on monday to c what they come up with...
  8. when it was tuned at 311kw I noticed a louder fluttering noise coming from the turbo and as the noise was getting heard the boost gauge was fluttering between 1psi- 6psi. and not holding boost at all. and with the new exhaust it has gotten worse. im leaning towards the turbo. but im not an expert. so if nizpro dont find anything will be talking about the turbo on monday.
  9. from memory that's fine as I was running through the car last week pulled it off and recliped it back on.
  10. well the car got dyno'd yesterday with the new 4inchdump 3.5 cat and the 3.5 inch system (xforce) first run it pulled 270kwrw on 12 psi compared to 311kwrw with the old exhaust system, they tuned it a tad under 290 with 14 ish psi .. but there is something wrong. ive left the car at the workshop so they can find the problem. they think its a air leak. will keep u guys posted. this I <3 Bananas car is really pissing me the I <3 Bananas off reallll bad. :censored: :censored:
  11. well this is the small problem for now as my bonnet is at the panel beaters getting some work done, so the cars with no bonnet and I carnt drive it around,but the 5min drive from the exhaust place to my house it did drive much smoother, also the boost wasnt fluctuating at all. at 1/3 accelerator is was boosting I think around 13-14 psi. I didn't wonna give it to much until it gets tuned again. towards next week ill get it tuned and will find out... also the car was tuned at 14psi 311kwrw so hopefully with the same psi or a lil more will get a much better figure. Not that im not happy with nizpro tune but at 310kwrw I was beating cars with much more power than me. so I have to give nizpro credit with the current tune.
  12. well just to update this topic I have upgraded to a 4inch xforce dump and single 3.5 inch xforce system. now its up to nizpro to tune the car and get some power out of it. should be getting a retune after the melbourne cup long weekend.
  13. no the car got retuned as I recieved rapids plenium and cooler and intake. b4 this I had the car tuned at 287kwrw with the guttered cat.
  14. thanks for the replies again guys as im not posting complaints about nizpro as they tried for 2 and half hours on the car, the problem is the car and ill get around this I hope. has any1 been in the same boat as me for example a bad exhuast system or bad mufflers and not producing the proper power the car may have??
