I prefer to let my car idle for a minute then drive easy till gauge shows at least a 1/4 heat before taking over 3k ive had cars to 200k without being smoky, I believe this contributes to engine longevity. EACH TO THERE OWN! I aslo believe turbos need operating temp to last the distance

if 80,000 is a record try this for size, Im on 104,000km getting new pads and discs tomorrow. its a manual I guess that's why. mine arent premiums, they are standards if that makes a difference!

You can buy the aps exhaust seperate, its around 2500 fitted.

guys guys change the splits and add an amp if you want quality. the rears are good for filling in the sound around you, the position of the tweeters is very good and with decent splits you can really enjoy the sound. Id recommend MB QUARTS there is a few different types for different wallets. ive got the mid spec, a cost of $700

What are those intercolers like anyhow? are they direct replacements? any plumbing required? to me it looks like the bend in the out pipe is a worry...

It took me a total of 5 minutes to remove my unichip toatally from the car and drive away standard with phaze 1 injectors still in place!

why do you guys get servicing done from bored service technicians? I never contemplated ever going to a dealer for servicing, Ive heard too many stories from these bored mechanics that I speak of to ever consider this! I found myself a good guy who doesnt try and talk shiitte in your ear, and has a handful of near new euros hanging about! Its no garentee, but there never is....

my dyno sheets read as standard 450newtons @wheels and stradard torque is 450nm at motor after tuning it read 600newtons@wheels so is that helping you?

For my 6/04 ute I paid $41600 with scuff inserts,dual airbags,6disc,floor matts,sports bar,tow bar,custom red leather seats and door trims,mudspats,GT-P steering wheel, light and bonnet protectors , upgrade alarm and a full tank . and that's on the road with business rego! It hepls when you tell them how much your going to pay ,not them tell you how much your going to fork out.

I had the same problem also,but to add to it when this was occuring my car was having some kind of breakdown mentally as it wouldnt rev over a certain rpm, it would pick an rpm usually 4000 and that was its limit. after a couple of days it was gone!!! Never knew what it was,Geez I love Aussie cars.....

yeah they can put it in the tissue tray with a custom facier that looks like standard, ive seen it and im doing the same! I installed amp speakers and subs in my ute but the standard unit lets it down due to the high to low level conversion

I had to run a standard t with 360cc injectors for 1 month because of a warrenty issue and it ran fine for all that time I understand the standards are 300cc.

I would get the LSD everytime not just for the wheel spin but to correct the understeer when powering through turns
