  3. You have to turn the blade around backward to cut steel or it grabs to much I have seen it all on the building site.... Nice design, would it have been easier to get a piece of 125nb pipe cut the bottom off get a plate made to sit onto the lower 1/2 of the plenum then weld together. It would something like a Nizpro unit then... How much did you pay for the lower plenum half?
  4. I just picked up my car with no rear spoiler from the panel beaters, looks horn It give the T a sleek look not the boy racer factory look, helps my car is Toxic

    Butchers

There are a couple of good wholesalers here in Qld, I go to the one down the road from the SBR work shop. Grain feed Serloin For a normal BBQ I get the grain feed rump, good comments all round Grain feed is the key to a good steak
  6. A bit of a Hijack I was speaking to Fulcrum about my suspension setup and they have a 3 point adjustable sway bar for the front it cost $260 has anyone tried one of these??
  7. Any drink that come in a wooden crate has got to be good, the 101 turkey is the goods
  8. This really pulled DJR out of the sh*t, the team was struggling financially.
  9. Go see Ian aka goldie will be 1/2 the price of Ford
  10. I hope lowndsey lines him up the first race net year, rick has always been an asshole
  11. The clutch shown above is a Exedy cushioned button. http://www.exedy.com.au/products2.asp?type=sports%20tuff
  12. Yes the black bit of rubber....
  13. The grommet is solid with no hole in it.
  14. Just visited my car at the repairers, not good, new rear 1/4s some serious beating to the tyre well, new towbar, new front bar etc etc I have two decisions to make:- BA or BF front Bar?? Standard boot spoiler or no spoiler? Any input would be greatly appreciated
  15. Well everyone knows what boat stands for Bring On Another Thousand
  16. The grommet is easier to find from inside the car, get down with your head under the glove box, peel back the carpet you will see a grommet. Just push it completely out then pick it up from under the car. Drill a hole then pop it back in. It is also easier to feed the pressure line from the cabin.
  17. The 35/40 off the T is not suited to the 2j, I guess you are changing from twin to single setup? If you change the wheels or port the exhaust housing it will be better suited. No offence indented there are so many options for the skyline with out putting a toyota engine in. The 2j would have to be one of the best non nissan engines you could have choosen. Got love that forged bottom end.
  18. Im selling my "fishing boat" 12 ft with 40 hp merc on the back been clocked and booked at 42knts. $2500. I always use ultimate as the fuel for that extra hp. If you want to go outside you need a deep V boat, preferable aluminium with minimum of 50hp. Nothing worse than being caught on the bar.
  19. Stop don't do anymore to your car a 2j in a skyline, who did that should be shot. There are so many good kits for the 2j, T4 if you want mild or T88 for the boost junkie. The 34/40 is not suited to a 2j
  20. Bring back the big 351 with quad cams and a underbonnet supercharger
  21. A diff with less slop than a $2 hooker.. More power less weight and AWD If nothing else be as good as the ba/bf
  22. I hate to see what mine is going to cost, I had neglected to add that I was in the middle of a four car nose to tail, however I had stopped completely and then was pushed into the car infront. The front only has minor damage, bar, bonnet headlights. I dont have to pay any excess and keep my rating 1.
  23. Ian I will have to cancel my service for tomorrow, might take a while to get fixed.... Cheers Matthew
  24. For future reference the brakes on the T are better than a Hilux
  25. I don't know about cutting it out all together but you can give it a little character with an angle grinder..
