  1. Knock one off and the rest disappear like magic....proven method.
  2. FG turbo plenum obviously the best option, this is a pretty sweet deal: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FORD-FALCON-FG-XR6-TURBO-F6-FPV-TYPHOON-INLET-MANIFOLD TB, fuel rail and manifold all for $450
  3. As mentioned elsewhere I've ordered new Work Kiwami rims 19x9.5 +25 F and 19x10.5 +22 R that are probably only getting made now and aren't due until late Jan, but I want new rubber waiting well before they turn up. Am keeping a close eye on tyresales.com.au as there are consistently good specials that come up. Fronts are already sorted - got some Michelin Pilot super sports in 255/35/19 for a good price. Now trying to make a decision on rears, was leaning towards 285/30/19 invos from st george which are decent grip at $290/ea and a known quantity. Last night saw some 295/30/19 Continental contisportcontact6 on tyresales for $324/ea, if their current 20% off special applies then $259 is bloody cheap for a high level tyre. Pretty confident standard FG guards will be fine with 285/30, depending on actual width 295 may possibly rub(?), but circumference will be pretty spot on with the fronts and like she said, extra width is awesome. Thoughts people?
  4. Yeh fun fact is that for years adhd was considered something only kids got, typically meds were discontinued when they turned 12 or thereabouts. Current research shows that a pretty high percentage continue with those symptoms throughout adulthood. Interestingly enough I was never diagnosed as a kid as I wasn't disruptive and did pretty well in school. Edit Nice one puff, 8/20 is good effort
  5. For years I've been pretty highly strung, always running everywhere, trying to do 20 things at once, constantly getting distracted and struggling to focus on a single task, procrastinating, forgetting sh*t, losing sh*t, the list went on and on. Finally went to a pysch the other day who straight up diagnosed me with adult adhd and prescribed me, started it yesterday and the difference is very noticeable, pretty happy so far.
  6. Seems to be a common problem, third one posted today Can't help though sorry
  7. Nice link there puff
  8. ^^ Serious lifter I admire your commitment man, personally can't find the enthusiasm these days
  9. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/former-roads-minister-michael-daley-loses-driving-licence/news-story/056d53f8c96989818dd92693ad78f33e ^^interesting sort of karma
  10. Mine aren't unfortunately, have to check but these are at less than 10K I'm pretty sure
  11. Not in my experience, you ever run them? This is my 3rd set (ok 1st was atr1) on the rear, wet=fun Had 1 set on the front, wet=abysmal
  12. I won't run an atr2 on the front, their wet weather performance is pretty sh*t. Rear end boogie I'm pretty comfortable with but understeer...nah Now you're talking
  13. @Puffwagon 275s, google says 400-AA-A
  14. I haven't checked yet this time round but previous rears lasted 7 or 8K iirc Just achilles atr2s, got them on now as well. Edit No braked skids cos scared of turning oil pump gears into shrapnel Other loss of traction, yep.
  15. @bamk2f6tornado Yeh was pretty confident they'd fit, the post prob should've been "hey getting me some sick new jap rolling stock for the hack, thoughts on 245 front to 285 rear?" lol JDM concept have a 10% off promotion going, $1845 total for this particular set which I thought was pretty good for quality jap rims. I don't pay for tyres (work ute), trying to keep costs down to keep it that way lol, 265/35 quality tyres are starting to get exxy. I want something decent on the front but when I check there's always a special on tyresales for 245-255, 265 is another story. Eg. 255/35/19 michelin pilot super sports are on there right now for $339/ea - $519 rrp so pretty good deal. https://www.tyresales.com.au/buy/tyre/michelin/pilot_super_sport/255-35r19/104613?q=4 It's a daily short trip hack, rears don't seem to last that long regardless of brand, invo are decent grip for cheap imo. @BAXRTUTE any guard work on yours mate?
  16. Ok wheel geniuses About to place an order for these: Anybody see any possible issues? FG ute, will be 345~350mm HTG all round shortly. Front tyres will go 245 or 255/35, preferably bridgestone re003 or similar; and 285/30 invo rears. Most likely 255 front, 245>285 is a bit of a jump I think. Been um-ing and ah-ing for more than 6 months about what to get but keep coming back to these rims, this listing on scumtree confirmed me the other day. Got to wait for around 3 months for them to get made and freighted but that suits me ok. Cheers
  17. Weird eh Wonder if cats get welding flash
