As soon as it comes on boost its all over .in low gear but second and third ot to bad at all

Drives very nice as the gearbox has settled down and shifs smoother now .the tune feels very smooth but still needs that extra power from the next tune . The brake pedal is very direct now as you can tell there is more brake feel and way better stoping power. The steering also improved as I used no addetives this time and its lighter to turn the car .the under drive made no difference to the steering at low rpm . The Btr 4 speed and the 3.9 gears work well with the 2900 stall . I tried it yesterday for the first time and wow there is no lag at all on take of , lets say there was no traction with those 215 what so ever .

I have called it vin , short for diesel lol

The ute starts again .the guy from pelican motors tracked the foult back to what the auto electric guy did , he fitted the msd to the wiper motor power suply which when cranking cuts the injector pulse . 2 days it took him on and of to find whats wrong . Happy now that it starts

Ok the problem I am facing now is that when the engine is cranked over to start there is no injector pulse . The new starter motor we fitted helped with the cranking but we soon found that the injectors do not have a pulse .they start to pulses as soon as the key is turned off . Now the car does not start at all

that's what I did but as the pumps only turn on for 2 seconds the rail presure drops to zero . If I hit it straight after turning the key back I get it to start

The car is home as most of you would know .some small problems with it not starting .so its at a mechanic shop at the moment , I took it there this afternoon. What I would like to do is thank turbojet for helping me overvthe phone with some of the problems I was facing .he helped me with stuff I had no idea on like that a turbosmart fuel reg looses presure as soon as the pumps stop . There were more stuff he helped me with , which was worth gold to me . He has opened my eyes just how much his knowledge is of these cars . Its always very interesting to listen to him as he explains it so even I can understand it . if I only listend more in the beginning . Ah well that's the stubborn German in me lol .

Lol that would take so long to do .cutting and welding then cutting the mdf to size . That would certainly cost more and then having to drill into the steel that would sh*t me . Think for strenght I am more than happy with mine . Lol how heavy are spray cans . Then there is the rust problems etc . I would stick with timber . A 70 x 35 stud that is 2400 long non structural is only $2.50

We get trade price .so all up cost me with the table $150 that's hinges and 20 dollars for screews etc .

Yes two three weeks and E85 it is

on 98 fuel . I made some mistakes jamie said . The tach adaptor that the auto electric guy fitted is wrong hooked up . Then I stuffed up with the starter motor wirering .the soldering I did did not work as it had voltage drop . It still has aftervthey re done it so it might be the new battery or the battery relocation cable that I done 3 years ago .no idea so that will take some sorting out .

All I have to do is turn the ignition on and off 3 to 5 times and the code is gone. Ps it has to be done with no more than one second between each turn

I am over the moon . Can not wait to hear it running . All I want is that it all works what I have done or I will certainly look like a fool . I can handle some defeat but let it be nothing to mayor please
