I'm looking at doing the same to my stock BA Typhoon, my neighbour had a tune to his BA XR6T ute and said he managed to get 500km out of a tank.

I have a 2004 BA Typhoon with 6 speed manual. My driving is all stop start, I'm pretty easy on the throttle too and I average 17-18 litre per 100km too. Drove out to Broken Hill from Sydney, combined highway and urban driving was 12.7 lt/100km
