Lol, ease up mate fpt and tbre arent cheap karnts no....where was it tuned last time though and why did tbre end up finishing the donk...you have laernt your lesson by now. sh*t happens with the machining of the manifolds cant help you were recommend penuts. Get a full report from the 2nd machinist and tell the first pelican you want a full refund and compensation for any additional costs. Be aware you need to give the original machine shop an opportunity to rectify before pursuing them for additional costs from another shop. Have you spoken to them about the sh*t job they did? -
Shouldnt you also do it with the heater on as well?

Looking good mate those coated parts looks great and that turbo certainly looks the biz. Exhaust manifold does have a gasket but 3mm seems like alot. The bolts come loose like every 10 thousand so maybe they were never tightened, did mine just the other day and the forwad most 4 bolts were finger tight so maybe this can cause the warping when heat cycled? Definitely cant hurt to get it machined. Is the head true though? Also im interested in hearing more about thay inlet manifold spacer, I would think you have picked up runner length going the fg manifold anyway so who suggested even more and why? Is it to improve low end response as a match up with that turbo? What stall does the btr have? -
Wow, what a khunt. Some people shouldn't be allowed animals, which immediately makes me question if she should have kids....

Id take the out round pully back? When is the donk going back in? -
I have stock fg power with some sh*te no brand 340 tread wear tyres and it feels useless anytime it uses 1st gear then subsequent 2nd sometimes even 3rd gear...so yeah always best if you can make use of 100% of what you have when you want to. Probably gonna stop using sh*tty rears I think..its been fun but given how much quicker my ST feels from a low speed with like 90kw less and perelli p1's its put in perspective the potential being wasted..

Are the fg coil packs a different plug to ba/bf? Surley that's the reason he said not to use them? Save changing the loom for no benifit at all. -

Lukes right though you need to join in after the inertia switch or the surge wont shut off if its triggered, your engine will stop though once its leaned out hard coz the surge is empty..... Taking it from the existing termination at the factory pump is probably easiest. -

Lol "what have I done wrong now" .....your killing it mate relax. Does it really matter bout the fg surge? Is the difference just the wiring? Id probably do my own anyway. PW may even exchange the harness? Wiggum should have a schematic, if not ill find it when im home and post it up. -
Fkn lol.....I rekon this guy would be fun at parties...

Done the same thing rab, I had no choice either it was stuck, I was by myself so couldnt get a couple of mates to lift it a bit. Gingerly reversed but it just went pop. Busy westfields carpark. Pushed it back into place as well. Ended up needing new brackets (the ones just below the headlights) as they had both cracked. Scratched it just below the headlight where it came into contact as it rolled upwards, its hard to see coz its on the part that goes below the headlight. Pretty sure it was only still attached by the grill section ontop of the radiator support. So dont worry your not the only tard around here...

Turn the brightness up? Its in the cluster menu....not the icc where the light sensor settings are........which makes perfect fkn sense....

There is probably a low pressure pocket behind the cab there so perhaps it would be less of an issue than say 1m further from the cab. Air rushing past a opening usualy creates a vacuum(low pressure) so I reckon there would be a turbulent swirl in that area your thinking of putting it so could be a good thing actually. But On that side of the car the swirl would be anti clockwise so if your fan is pushing it may be counter productive...thinking about it too much lol. Just smack it in. -

How much did he say a single 460 will do? Your going to be well in the 400's I think.. Also I dunno about having the cooler at 90 degrees to the airflow, that fan will struggle to push air through at speed without ducting -

Lol yeah this has always annoyed me, the dash lighting is switched soley from the light sensor. Does not come on even if you manually turn on the lights. What the actual fark hey Change your auto light settings to on early off late and can also force them on at dusk which is when its a pain by covering the light sensor until they come on. Will usually stay on if its dim enough. Still pretty annoying though. In my ST they are on always, even if the lights are off. Much better..

...Well...the surge will never out flow the lift pump allowing unlimited WOT lol.. erm maybe coz the new surge hes running has the pump submersed and enclosed so perhaps keeping it full for cooling the pump...?? I have no idea maybe it was meant to be twin 460's? -

What fittings are we talking about? Sisters mazda had some *beep* ones on her fuel filter that obviously required some kind of tool but I got them off with a small terminal screwdriver (cozsparkystoolsfixeverything) and some patience. Did feel like I was going to break them though. That probably helped you heaps(not)....k cheers lol -

Is there any need for heat wrap with the coating. Glad this is coming together well now mate. Should be a good setup. -
Its normal for pressure to spike momentarily when the throttle is shut suddenly under boost.
-
Hes not, coz wont get a dodgy road worthy....

Yeah k frame is sweet (not the smaller member most forwad of the vehicle ive seen some people damage)... I always roll a block of wood ontop of the jack as well just to stop little dints. As said drive car onto blocks of wood or caravan ramps or something first. My car is pretty low and I still do it without stands when im feeling lazy, jack car up enough on front passenger side to get at sump plug and filter, I do pop a stand under it while im underneath, should never be that lazy. Then I just drop it back to level to drain (need to position pan carefully..)

If it wasnt for ppl like kimbo we wouldnt have a forum for you FIFO karnts to upgrade...

^^^bit of food for thought there as 400hp or 300kw is where the fg turbo maxes out. So unless you 100% plan to change it your going to see very little ROI with the top shelf parts..
