When I'm trying to read this thread and my missus won't stop talking to me..

Hey all just a quick one.. I've recently purchased a 03 xr6t (this thing is as clean as a whistle). Everything on it is immaculate and a great ground to start making some decent mods. The only thing that has happened that has really tweaked me is I tried to put a cd in the stacker (incubus) and it took a while to get it loaded and then all of a sudden it started playing nursery rhymes..? The screen tells me I only have one cd in the stacker but now it won't play or eject any cds.. I'm guessing the little plastic that activated the sensor is perished but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if was an easy fix? I would like to avoid taking it apart if possible for now because I'll be getting a system installed in the next few weeks, but still I wouldn't mind having something other than triple j to listen to. Thanks
