18*9.5 +22 all round 245/35 Re003's on the front and 265/35 NT05's on the back. Rear Guards have been rolled but not pumped. Fronts stock. Could probably go to a 255 on the front without issues and a 265 with a little touch up.

As long as the bearings arent rough/notchy when you spin it and the wheels don't touch the housings when you apply axial or radial force by hand to the shaft, go for it. Don't expect the bearings to be silent just not notchy or rough.

If the cars running fg intake/head/cams it will need at a minimum the airflow tables in the tune touched up.

Ba pcm will run an f2f motor. Won't have individually variable cam timing(unless ba fpv pcm) but will happily control cams otherwise. Op did the fg motor come with injectors?
