  7. The brazing used to fix the fitting to core will be slighlty porous so you've probably washed the oil from the cap out of the pores. If your worried its leaking I'll take it off your hands.
  8. Intake can has the notch closer to that rear timing teeth. Exhaus its closer to the last cylinder lobes

  10. BA/BF fuel rails are exactly the same. Neither are stainless they are electro plated steel. Also are you aware of the full requirements to swap a ZF6 speed into a BA?

  15. Only if you are using metallic pads. If your using ceramic pads they will insulate the system.

  19. They are discontinued. Most dealers will give you a blank look if you ask for the part as it appears to be a single spec (FPV) one or two model year part. I used two 3/4 to 5/8 (19 top 16mm) brass barbed 90's to replace the cooler I'm sure you've probably seen my thread but below is the parts diagram from Ford. there are some pic of how my setup ended up. NB: at the time I was running the PWR trans cooler.
