  1. IMHO 16psi is a good start
  2. So much great work and they paint over the greatest colour ever with f'n primer. 10/10 ragequit
  3. Nah but I work on the asset management side of the signalling system so since our asset base is getting a fairly sizable bump in sheer numbers due to the gear required to support it I'm in the loop so to speak. (plus the project sends out weekly company wide progress updates)
  4. Manned commissioning runs at the moment. The company has a lot of requirements to meet before we let skynet loose
  5. "The Seven Five" Brilliant doco Micheal Dowd and a bunch of other crooked cop's in East NYC in the late 80s/early 90s
  6. We are coming for your Job as well Matty. We are going autonomous mainline very soon.
  7. We are closer to 2.7kms these days. Yes we still run pneumatic brakes but we run electric over pneumatic control systems. Not a smancy as electromagnetic retarder systems but we can do cool stuff these days like brake the portion of the train that can is travelling down hill while not effecting the portion of the train that still travelling up the hills, or brake from the rear wagons progressively through to the loco to stabilise the train etc etc
  8. That doesn't look very strong to me.
  9. #Culture http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/food/drink/melburnians-are-not-happy-with-the-latest-hipster-trend/news-story/e728d84299576174af3cc9085800b0d3
  10. I don't need my weeding suit anymore. What size are you?
  11. I've got an F6 airbox and billet ally valve caps on my daily +++100kw and 5 1/10ths
  12. Wifey's had a TM5 (the newer version I think?) for 2 years. Uses it flat out everyday it has some excellent features and some limitations but overall we wouldn't be without it now. It's absolutely awesome for making baby food which we are going through Kilos of at the moment so between two kids's worth of mush it would have paid for itself. Now if they would just do a version with a charcoal grill hanging off the side.
  13. Some sort of warning?
  14. Lol handbags at 10 paces round 2.
  15. Price? I've been toying with a swapsie idea for a while
  16. My first set where great then they went down hill from there. In regular sizes I'd take Re003's over invos these days.
  17. Asking me or Stripes Rab?
  18. I tuned a barra swapped patrol about 3ys ago that passed emissions testing just fine. Seriously it's not fucking rocket surgery. Examine what the OEM did apply the principles to the tune and hardware and get on with life. There's no tricks, no smoke and mirrors. Furthermore an engine is just an air pump. Control what goes in and you can control what goes out.
  19. Grandpa spec ram raid weapon. The newer of the two rangie's is gone.
  20. (yesterday) Major service on the daily and a general look over to get a feel for it. It's a funny one, major items are in top shape but minor items have been missed (ie cabin filter, bonnet latch grease fuel filter etc etc. Speaking of which the fuel filter appears to have been with the car since it was born. The car had a minor stumble (and occasional backfire) at wot between 2500 and 3000. New fuel filter and it's sorted. (today) Rewired the aftermarket head unit I fitted the day after I got the car so it feeding the speakers directly and modded the amp trigger and source so the factory amp is also driven off the am hu and I gotta say for a low buck setup(owes me less that 200 installed with an aswc1 remote interface) it performs pretty bloody well. Downside is I've lost the reverse beepers. Research suggests the park aid module either feeds a signal to the icc or can drive it's own speaker so I'll find out where it lives and wire a seperate 4" speaker in for reverse parking.
  21. Marcus, filler panel to cover the top of the rad down to the Thermo fans. Kgo
  22. Same as my lowly pedders then.
  23. So your saying they aren't actually adjustable on the fly?
