I'd be hesitant to use QFM again as they (and EBC) are the only pads I've had dump resin all over the dics. (NB the above evidence is anecdotal only and has a sample size of 6 brake pads only)

hands up if you've tried- QFM Remsa Bendix PMU Geniune Ford (Brembo) Hawk EBC (Green and Red) There's a reasone I come back to PMU for Street Cars.

Ye Olde TC can be tuned to work quite well on a modded car but it takes a lot of time and faffing around to get it right.

Nah nothern WA No worries mate, got a bit on so feel free to remind me later on. Im part of a large Resource company, but the guy who was killed was working in a role I used to work in so it hits home Yeah pretty ordinary for some poor bloke just trying to make a living.

You'll be fine rejoining the airbag wires as long as it done correctly. Ford have a method described in the manual. I'll dig that out as well.

If it's the screen get it sorted ASAP mate. Rust time bomb otherwise. Is the black sealant use to bond the sceen consistent all the way around? If/when the screen is replaced if you can have a sticky beak around the window recess and make sure the paint is intact. Quite often it gets damaged when the installer scrape the sealant and then if you wind up with a leak it's rust city. -

Aquire another BF side airbad seat mate. You can't substitue the yellow airbag connector with a normal connector as it has a special earthing bar to tells the RCM if there is an issue with the connector. From Memory the wiring colours are the same. I'll dig out both diagrams when I get home.

Has the car had a windscreen replaced at some stage? The weather strip that runs the lenght of the roof, is it intact? -

I cut the bracket and off the retainer and move it so the alignment is correct then tig it back on.I've also found you usually need to cut the bracket on the 90deg bend between the mounting face and the upright and tweak it then reweld to get the alignment bang on.

K's since last Trans service? Looks okay. Fine paste in small quantities is okay,large chunks and non metallic bits is bad. -

Who quoted you that? If that's truly labour to r&I the cradle that's absurd. 3 to 4 hrs is ample time to r&I and replace the 3 diff mounting bushes.
