    The process to pair another key is in the owners manual. You need two keys that already are already paired (which it sounds like you do) and can add up to 8 keys in total.

    No leave it open to atmo. Plugging it will make it over boost as it will prevent the gate from opening. Best practice would be a fitting and shirt length of hose run off the top port to atmosphere, but pointing Down to prevent dirt/water ingress but in reality it's not really required.

    Yes. If your base spring pressure is correct that'll work just fine. Eff's second method is best for finite boost control but does need more tuning to get right.

    Permanent temp is installed with 2 cable ties instead of three incase you ever need to remove it, but you never will.

    Off to site this arvo for the rest of the week (for the first time since #2 son was born) one of my best mates lives up there now (who's also #1's godfather) so no shitty camp stays for me. Plus have a list of people that want to buy me beer so should be quite the "working" holiday.
