I didn't make the header, Dan from Actiondan customs did, but it was supplied raw finish so I could position the wastegate etc as desired. either way it got painted with thermotec high temp paint and will get wrapped like the rest of the turbo system once I've got it through racewars scrutineering

lolwut? You got issues woth 2000deg F paint designed specifically for turbo headers now?

Skids (marks) in the blokes next to me at the lights jocks this morning. He saw the smoke coming off the wrap/header paint and thought the Ol F6 was a a'blazin. 10/10 for his efforts to let me know and being out of his car fire extinguisher in hand.

About 80ml, yeah on PCV with a check valve that shuts the circuit on boost. So this is from Vapours trapped at cruise. Both my cans are plumbed back in. If they aren't ie open to Atmo you'll need 3ltrs. There's no specific mention of coolant over flow and guys who've run previously haven't been pinged for it

Not quite, ba/bf1 struts are different to BF2 and have a different spring length. Ba/f1 spings are not suitable for bf2 strut assy's and vice versa for bf2 to ba/f1. As complete assemblies they are interchangeable. Either way unless the r-spec suspension was very very low km and on the near side to free...not much point. -
