  7. Wastegate Actuator is designed to only receive a pressure signal, vacuum at cruise will kill it over time.
  8. Your plan is fine. If/when you plan to up the boost don't use boost T get a decent boost controller (eboost street or eboost 2 for example) they can be had for a couple of hundred bucks secondhand and will work perfectly with your intended setup. Turbo Tmap is not a straight plug in, the pin out is slightly different so you will need to change that. The pinouts are readily avaliable on the WWW. Don't bother with turbo pcm/loom/etc add significant cost for no real benefit in a conversion such as this.

  21. Kthirtyoneth, Get a price on new replacement calipers from whatever the equivalent of Repco/Coventries on your side of the world. Last time I priced reman a calipers vs brand new units there was SFA in it price wise.
  22. What are the specs on the housing? Your options are likely fairly limited unless you're willing to get the housing machined.
  23. Good luck finding rebuild parts for GT series turbo's. Garrett stopped supporting them prior to the release of Gen1 GTX's and have now done the same with the Gen1 GTX post Gen2 release. A good secondhand GT3582 or a china CHRA (depending on what you intend to do with the car longer term) are probably you most cost effective options.
